Gökhan Erün - Chairman
Gökhan Erün earned his undergraduate degree from Istanbul Technical University Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering and his graduate degree from Yeditepe University in Business Administration. Erün began his career at Garanti Bank Treasury Department in 1994. Between 1999 and 2004, he served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Marketing and Sales Department. After becoming the CEO of Garanti Pension and Life in 2004, he was appointed as Executive Vice President of Garanti Bank in September 2005. Erün served as the Deputy CEO of Garanti Bank since September 2015, in charge of Corporate Banking Coordination, Treasury, Treasury Marketing and Financial Solutions, Derivatives, Cash Management and Transaction Banking, and Financial Institutions. He also held positions in the Boards of various Garanti Bank subsidiaries. As of January 2018, Erün has continued his career in Yapi Kredi as Executive Director in Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In addition, Erün is the CEO of Koc Financial Services and holds positions in the Boards of various Yapi Kredi Group subsidiaries.
Fiona Beijdorff - Member
Ms. Beijdorff is an experienced international financial professional with a strong legal and financial background, holding Tax Law degrees from Leiden University and NYU Law School, New York. She started her career at Loyens & Volkmaars, and subsequently worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and later PwC. In 2005, she transitioned to The Nielsen Company, serving as the Senior International Tax Manager for EMEA and Asia regions. Her journey with Atradius, a leading global credit insurance company, began in 2008 as Head of Tax. In 2016, she was promoted to the position of Director Corporate Finance & Tax, overseeing global departments like investment management, treasury, capital management, credit rating agencies, M&A, corporate insurance and tax. At Atradius, Ms. Beijdorff holds various board and committee positions. After completing the Executive Pension Programme at Nyenrode University in 2017, she became a board member and later the chairman of the Atradius Dutch Pensions Fund. Under her stewardship in 2021-2022, the Dutch Pension Fund underwent a successful buy-out, culminating in its eventual liquidation. In 2022, she further broadened her responsibilities taking on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), in particular for ESG strategy, compliance and reporting.
Diane Ariane Boogaard - Member
After her master’s degree in law at Leiden University, D.A. Boogaard started her international banking career in 1984, as a trainee, with Bank Mees & Hope NV (later merged into Mees Pierson NV and taken over in 1998 by Fortis Bank). D.A. Boogaard specialized for many years in Trade & Commodity Finance. After a posting in Singapore as general manager, from 1995 till 1998, she was appointed as Global Head Trade & Commodity Finance. Under her leadership this business unit was awarded many times as "Best Global Commodity Bank" by Trade Finance, a Euromoney Magazine. In 2006 she moved to Rabobank, to set up a Structured Trade & Commodities Finance business. Rabobank was also awarded Best Commodity Bank for many years. From 2013 she fulfilled a management position, overseeing a cluster of wholesale banking activities (including Project Finance, Export Finance, Trade & Commodities Finance, Acquisition Finance, Financial Markets). In 2017, she was appointed CEO Asia in Hongkong for Rabobank, where a drastic strategic and management change agenda was implemented. In 2023, she returned to the Netherlands where she was appointed Global Head Food System Transition and Head of Sustainability Wholesale and Rural Banking. She retired in 2025 and assumes the role of independent Supervisory Board member in Yapi Kredi Bank Nederland N.V., next to her other positions as Chair of the Supervisory Board of Voedselbank Amsterdam and member of the Supervisory Board of Rabo Groen Bank.
